Alpha Automatic Carpet Packing Machine
Alpha rug carpet packing and finishing machine is used in the final stage of carpet cleaning. After the clean carpets are completely dry, they are put in the carpet packing machine. This machine combs the yarns of the carpets and fluffs them up with high vacuum, making them look very presentable. During the carpet drying stage; feathers, dust and other materials adhering to the carpet are removed. Our alpha model has a minimum of 2000 m3 vacuum power. It transfers the unwanted material to the garbage bag after vacuuming them off the carpet. Through its high vacuum power, it is very effective in removing dust that may not come out in previous stages.
Diepanzer Alpha carpet packaging machine is very simple to use and only one operator can easily use it. You can control different features on the control panel. For example; you can customize the conveyor belt speed, vacuum tool pressure, and the pressure of the top comb brush.
