BRUSH. EXTRACT. MEASURE.
The roller brush mechanically agitates the dry carpet surface, helping release loose dust, lint, hair and other particles for vacuum collection.
Two vacuum units, positioned on opposite sides of the machine, each provide a nominal airflow of 2,500 m³/h. Their combined nominal airflow is 5,000 m³/h.
Integrated sensors and dedicated software determine carpet width and length. Daily dimension records are stored in system memory to support work tracking.

OPERATOR CONTROL
The touchscreen HMI provides access to machine functions and system information. Separate controls adjust conveyor-belt and roller-brush speeds, allowing the operator to match settings to the carpet and task.
Place the carpet on the conveyor. The roller brush lifts loose particles for the twin vacuum system, while sensors capture width and length. The finished carpet advances to the exit with its dimension data recorded for the day.

BEFORE YOU SPECIFY
Use DPB32 in the pile lifting and vacuuming stage after drying and ventilation. Roller brushing and vacuum collection help remove loose particles from the dry carpet surface.
Sensors and dedicated software determine carpet width and length. The system stores daily carpet dimension records in its memory.
Yes. Separate speed controls allow the operator to adjust conveyor-belt and roller-brush speeds independently.
Each of the two units has a nominal airflow of 2,500 m³/h, giving a combined nominal rating of 5,000 m³/h.

DPA carpet finishing machines combine vacuum brushing, pneumatic pressure, carpet width sensing and automatic wrapping. Compare brush and vacuum-unit arrangements for the stage after drying.
