Industrial vacuum brushing and a bottom roller brush work on the dry carpet surface to lift pile and collect loosened dust and lint. DPA32 and DPA42 deliver 4,000 m³/h of vacuum airflow. DPA42A combines two 4,000 m³/h vacuum units for a total of 8,000 m³/h.
Pneumatic pressure and carpet width sensing support the finishing process.
Automatic carpet wrapping is integrated into the finishing workflow.
