From brush contact to centrifugal water extraction.
Washing
The circular brush system uses electric brush pressure. Each listed configuration includes a bottom roller brush.
Rinsing
Pre-soak and squeegee rinsing are included across the MIX series.
Centrifugal extraction
The integrated centrifuge removes water through spin drying. VFD-controlled acceleration and deceleration work with automatic braking, automatic reverse and timer controls.

VFD-Controlled Centrifugal Extraction
The washing and centrifuge systems share one machine structure. Controlled acceleration and deceleration help limit abrupt torque changes and mechanical loading between these integrated systems.

Braking resistor — During controlled deceleration, the resistor helps manage regenerative energy under the drive’s configured operating conditions.
Soft start
The VFD brings the centrifuge motor up to speed in a controlled ramp instead of applying an immediate full-speed demand.
Controlled soft stop
A controlled deceleration ramp manages the stop characteristic of the integrated centrifuge.
Automatic braking
The VFD and braking resistor support controlled deceleration and automatic braking.
Automatic reverse
The centrifuge has an automatic reverse function. Carpet wrapping remains a separate machine function.
Controlled motor ramps support coordinated operation of the integrated washing and extraction systems.

Every MIX machine is supplied with a carpet soaking basin, an inclined carpet transfer trolley and a 100 L detergent tank unit. All three are included with all six MIX configurations.

Inclined Carpet Transfer Trolley
The inclined trolley supports carpet transfer around the machine and is included in the standard delivery of every MIX configuration.
Located at the front of the MIX machine, the basin is used to soak carpets before washing. It is visible in the main machine photograph.

100 L Detergent Tank Unit
100 L (approximately 26.4 US gal)
The plastic tank, metal support frame, pump and connection hose form the supplied detergent tank unit. Included in standard delivery for every MIX model.

MIX identifies the Automatic Carpet Washing & Drying Machine family. 32 means 3,200 mm cleaning width, 42 means 4,200 mm, and the final number identifies the circular-brush quantity.
What does drying mean in the MIX series?
MIX uses spin drying: the integrated centrifuge extracts water mechanically. The final drying stage depends on the carpet and operating conditions.
Do all models have the same dimensions and total power?
Dimensions, weight and total installed power vary by configuration. Select a model to compare the values for your equipment plan.
