Fabricated. Then galvanized.

The welded and formed body receives hot-dip galvanization after fabrication.

AISI 304 inner drum

The specified stainless steel grade applies to the inner drum.

Controlled extraction

VFD acceleration and resistor-assisted braking manage the cycle up to 1,320 rpm.

Protection begins after fabrication.

Heavy formed steel. Post-fabrication galvanizing.

The body is fabricated, bent and welded before hot-dip galvanization. Applying the treatment after these operations protects the fabricated structure, including the welded areas, rather than relying solely on a pre-coated sheet.

The heavy formed steel body supports the extraction assembly. Inside it, the AISI 304 stainless steel inner drum provides the specified material at the carpet-contact component.

A door designed for adjustment.

Pneumatic actuation with a four-bearing hinge.

The adjustable pneumatic mechanism works with a four-bearing hinge and a substantial hinge shaft. Height adjustment and adjustable door stops allow the closing position to be set during installation and maintenance.

Conical bearing components support the door arrangement. The catalogue also shows a central water valve for brief pre-rinsing or moistening. These details give technicians defined adjustment points rather than requiring improvised changes.

Manage movement throughout the cycle.

Air bellows, mounts and pressure balancing.

Air bellows and vibration mounts support the machine assembly. A pressure-balancing connection helps the bellows work together; the installation includes the documented compressor connection.

A rear vibration monitoring sensor provides a further monitoring point. Suspension, mechanical balance and correct installation work alongside the drive control.

VFD-controlled extraction and braking.

A managed transition from start to stop.

The frequency drive provides soft acceleration. The braking resistor supports management of regenerative energy during controlled deceleration and automatic braking. Controlled changes in speed help limit abrupt torque changes within the mechanical system.

Automatic reverse is a separate documented function. It must not be confused with uncontrolled reversal or with an emergency stop.

Door safety interlock

The interlock restricts centrifugal operation when the door is open. The catalogue distinguishes the permitted reverse function from the extraction cycle. Operators must follow the machine instructions and safety procedure.

Compare the inner drum dimensions with the carpets you process and the loading method. The family offers Ø400 mm and Ø480 mm drum configurations.

Space and handling

Outside dimensions describe the complete machine, not the drum length. Allow for the door movement, handling route and service access when preparing the site layout.
